Another action-packed regatta for Dartmouth this year. We highly recommend using the park and ride if you’re thinking of heading over. Lots of fun this year from the annual sundowner (this year’s theme is Caribbean!), dog show, fireworks, treasure hunt, ice cream eating competition and local rowing competitions, to name just a few activities.

Celebrating its 137th year in 2018! This is a fantastic day out for all the family offering classes in horses, cattle, sheep, homecraft, Young Farmers, horticulture, floral art and domestic pets. In addition to this there are over hundreds of trade stands, craft stands, local food and drinks stands, children’s pets corner, donkey rides and more! Buses are available to catch from Kingsbridge town centre.
15th September: Agatha Christie’s Birthday Celebrations
Agatha Christie’s beloved house Greenway, now a National Trust property, will be hosting a fete to celebrate the Queen of Crime’s birthday. It will be a 1950’s fete in the style of her book inspired by the house and gardens, Dead Man’s Folly. Traditional fete style stalls, traditional games and a treasure hunt will take place. If travelling by car, you must pre-book your parking space in advance or alternatively you can access the house via steam train from Paignton Train Station.
